Tour of Giuseppe's Old Depot Restaurant

Just beyond the Pullman Lounge stand several of Giuseppe's most populardining rooms, Trackside, North Track, and the Observation Room. These threerooms feature over 200 seats set next to the active railroad tracks wherebetween 20 and 30 freight trains pass every day. The North Track diningroom also holds one of Giuseppe's two Baggage Cart salad bars which feature over 65 freshfruits, vegetables, and salads every day. The 25 panoramic windows featurethe names of some of the more famous passenger trains to serve ColoradoSprings over the past 100 years. The North Track dining room also featuresanother of Giuseppe's three full service bars and the Observation Room offersa private dining area for groups of up to 25 people.
